Limmud is a global network and has events in 80+ countries and Limmud events take place in Sydney every year. This year promises to be just as enriching, exciting and unexpected!
So, how does it work?
We’ve built a program which has multiple sessions every hour. If you feel like hearing a talk on the latest events taking place in the Middle East, or are more in the mood for a session on the arts, there’s guaranteed to be something on for you. Sessions are run by educators, artists, academics, performers, experts and enthusiasts. Choose what you go to and when.
We also have a dedicated team designing an exciting program for kids.
Who goes to Yom Limmud?
Left, right, or somewhere in between. Religious, secular, traditional or Jewish by choice. Four year olds, uni students, families and great-grandparents. Regardless of your age, affiliation or Jewish background, Limmud-Oz is an inclusive, inter-generational, open and respectful community. Everyone is a student, and everyone can be a teacher.
